Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal:
When the goods are delivered, you must check them immediately. If any of the goods ordered have been damaged in transit, incorrectly shipped, or defective due to faulty material or manufacturing defects, you must notify us by email at info@thetrendhome.com within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods in question. Please note: If you do not notify us within this period, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

2. Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Non-returnable items: Sale items or gift certificates are non-refundable. Damage/loss caused by customers will not be refunded.

3. General Returns Procedure:
Initiate a return: Send an email to info@thetrendhome.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service will determine whether your return request is eligible within 3 business days. Return the item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note: Items returned without permission will not be accepted. We recommend that you ship your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

4. Return Costs:
If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products or product quality problems), we will make a full refund for you; Buyer must pay the freight if the return is due to the buyer's problem (such as: disliking/unwanting the item or ordering the wrong product/size). A 10% restocking fee will be charged if you return the item for the following reasons: not liking/needing the item, ordering the wrong product/size.

Damages and Problems:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Cancel Order:
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. And we will refund the full amount of your money. Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

6. Refunds:
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed. We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund. If you paid by credit or debit card, we will process the refund to the same card originally used to place and pay for the order, once we receive your return. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for the amount to be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with PayPal or Apple Pay, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account or Apple Pay account with which you paid for the order upon receipt of your return. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for credit back to your original form of payment.

7. Please Note:
The photos of color difference products may differ from the actual color due to the influence of light, color temperature, and display parameters. Please take the real object as standard. Thank you for your understanding.

We would like to remind you that if you encounter any issues, you should first review our returns policy and work with us to find a possible resolution, rather than hastily initiating an order dispute. We strongly recommend that you read the necessary information and carefully ensure that the custom curtains meet your needs. We sincerely hope that you order a sample brochure or sample before ordering custom draperies do the same.
