Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase. We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) and PayPal payments. Although you can display prices in different currencies, we still process orders in US dollars by default. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been authorized and verified. We will start preparing your order once it has been verified. You should receive a confirmation email to track the status of your order within 3-5 business days after your order has been fully processed.

Our warehouse only operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
- Shipping time: About 7-14 working days. Delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected situations, such as customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. Our products are delivered via DPD, DHL or CJ.

3. Follow: After your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email. If your order has just shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for updated tracking info. If you are still concerned about the shipping of your order, please email our customer service team at info@thetrendhome.com.

4. Change of Address: Once the package is on its way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via info@thetrendhome.com or online chatbot.

5. Delivery Time Exceeded: If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at info@thetrendhome.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the situation with the transport company in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and support.

6. Cancel Order: All orders placed on our website may be canceled before shipping. If you contact us in time, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure. However, we unfortunately cannot cancel orders that are already in transit or have been processed.

7. About Tax: You will no longer be charged once you have successfully placed your order. In some cases, VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees may be charged by the destination country. If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first and then contact our customer service at info@thetrendhome.com with proof of payment and we will refund the tax to you.
